The beginning of the story

Hradec Králové Technology Centre needed a CRM system for managing tasks and timesheets across the entire organisation. They lacked clear reporting for organisation management and a solution that could operate without costly own infrastructure while being able to grow with the needs of the institution.

What we worked on

Task and project management module, where the team plans and tracks assigned work in one place.
Employee timesheets, recording time worked across individual tasks and projects.
Reporting module for management, which generates team workload and activity overviews from the data.
Backend development in Go with the Fiber framework, so the application handles fast request processing even under heavier load.
Frontend development in React with Bootstrap, for a clear and responsive user interface.

Result

Hradec Králové Technology Centre now manages tasks, timesheets and reports clearly in one place thanks to the new CRM, without needing to operate its own infrastructure. The navy blue and red colours follow the visual identity of the original TCHK logo, making the tool fit naturally into a public institution environment.
