About the service
AI is not just a chatbot. It is a set of tools that can automate decision making, process documents, respond to customers and connect to your systems.
We build chatbots for customer support, RAG agents that answer based on your own data, multi-agent systems for automating more complex processes and generative AI for content creation or reports. If you do not want to send data to the cloud, we can deploy models locally. We built our own model called MILO.

Security and safeguards
Every agent has clearly defined competencies and access rights. We build guardrails that prevent unwanted outputs or misuse.
Connection to your systems
Agents can call APIs, read from databases or write to external tools. Where it makes sense, we build an MCP server.
Observability and evaluation
Every query, every step of the agent is logged and visualised. You know what the AI is doing, where it fails and how output quality develops over time.
Local models
If you do not want to send data to the cloud, we can work with locally deployed models. We built MILO, our local AI model.

Model selection and preparation
We decide whether existing models (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral) are sufficient, whether fine-tuning on your data makes sense, or whether a custom base model needs to be trained from scratch.
Architecture design
We design the system structure, safeguards, agent access rights and integration with your tools.
Implementation and testing
We build the system and test it on real data. We consult with you continuously throughout.
Evaluation and observability
Before completion we set up Langfuse tracking and automated response scoring. We hand over the system only once we know it performs measurably well.
Operations and support
We monitor output quality, update models and adapt the system to changes in your data and processes.
